Oversee dock operations
Manage forklift traffic
Oversee proper picking/sortation of palletized freight
Ensure proper load of carriers
Monitor cube and weight of trailers
Provide leadership and accountability to team
Monitor dock production
Ensure facility KPI goals are met
Monitor hours and overtime
Maintain a safe work environment
Ensure company operational model compliance
Support a culture of excellence
