Key job responsibilities In this capacity the Reverse Logistics Global Operations Process Leader will: 1) Drive operational excellence through physical and systemic process optimization, focusing on improving capacity, cost efficiency, AI utilization, quality metrics, and customer experience, 2) Serve as a crucial link between operations, technical, and business teams by managing escalations, conducting deep-dives, and implementing solutions to resolve operational barriers, 3) Develop and lead the project management function to support the Product Ops organization.
