Must Have

2+ years equivalent experience, 7+ years direct management experience, Manufacturing, production or distribution environment experience, Performance metrics experience, Process improvement experience, Lean techniques experience, Work flexible hours, Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds, Regular bending, lifting, stretching, Walking around the FC, Continual standing and/or walking 5 miles daily, Access all areas of building

Nice to Have

Handle changing priorities, Good judgment in stressful situations, Interest in long-term career development, Experience with contingent workforce, MBA preferred
