About the Role This role will be the analytical engine behind how Rula understands, monitors, and improves its billing and account experience, financial performance and customer service. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with partners across Finance, Billing, Product, Data, Customer Service, and Operations, bringing well-rounded business acumen to investigate complex account questions, uncover root causes, and turn messy data into clear, actionable insights. Day to day, you’ll dig into billing workflows, identify where things break down, and help teams make informed conclusions that improve accuracy, reduce friction, and support sustainable growth. This role sits within the Analytics organization and plays a critical part in helping Rula deliver a reliable, trustworthy financial experience for members, providers, and partners.
