The Role We are hiring a Senior Operations Analyst to supercharge our customer onboarding process. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technology and customer procurement operations to deliver excellence for our customers. Our impact should feel like magic to our customers, and this role is pivotal in creating a truly remarkable experience. You will manage multiple high-priority work streams simultaneously, bringing the same rigor and urgency to each one. You’ll work out of our Tribeca office in NYC and report to Kaleigh Murphy. Responsibilities - Serve as the launchpad for a customer experience like no other, setting the tone from day one and raising the bar for every interaction that follows; - Onboard new customers into Grapevine’s procurement platform, owning the process end-to-end, ensuring a seamless adoption of the product; - Manage several critical projects simultaneously, ruthlessly prioritizing and reprioritizing each day to keep the highest-impact work moving; - Build new tools and reports in Excel/Sheets to create repeatable, accurate data operations; - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to optimize procurement outcomes; and - Conduct analyses and create playbooks that will continue driving down pricing for customers.
