What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–10+ years in infrastructure/DevOps/SRE, 4–5+ years hands‑on in Red Hat OpenShift (v4) cluster build and administration, Expert-level understanding of Kubernetes concepts, Proven experience building and operating production OpenShift clusters at scale, Linux (RHEL) administration and scripting skills (Bash/Python), Hands-on experience with GitOps and CI/CD tooling, Experience with observability stacks, Exposure to at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Nice to Have
Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280) or higher-level OpenShift Architect–track certifications, Experience in designing OpenShift for regulated or mission‑critical environments, Background in migration of workloads to OpenShift
