What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years working with Grafana (Cloud or OSS) in production environments, Solid experience building Dashboards, Alerting, Datasources, Variables, RBAC, 4+ years administering Linux: Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, 3+ years administering Windows Server and scripting with PowerShell, Experience with Prometheus + PromQL, Loki + LogQL, OpenTelemetry, Deployment Automation, Background in consulting projects or direct work with enterprise clients, Grafana Cloud / Grafana OSS, Grafana Alloy, OpenTelemetry Collector, PromQL and LogQL, node_exporter / windows_exporter / blackbox_exporter, Bash and PowerShell scripting, Git, Basic Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, VPN, Ports, Integrations with Teams and Slack
Nice to Have
OpenTelemetry instrumenting applications: .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, Tempo and Mimir, Terraform + Grafana Provider / Grafonnet, AWS / Azure / GCP, Experience migrating from: Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Observability based on: SLOs / SLIs, RED / USE Metrics, Grafana Labs Certification

Desde Workana estamos buscando un/a **Consultor Sr de Observabilidad – Grafana Cloud** para incorporarse a una consultora especializada en observabilidad y monitoreo enterprise en LATAM. El rol está orientado a perfiles con experiencia sólida en implementaciones productivas de Grafana Cloud y ecosistemas de observabilidad modernos, interesados en participar de proyectos regionales complejos en industrias como banca, retail, telco, manufactura y salud. La posición ofrece continuidad de proyectos, exposición técnica a distintos entornos enterprise y trabajo cercano con arquitectos senior especializados en observabilidad. **Responsabilidades principales:** **Implementación y Delivery Técnico** * Diseñar soluciones técnicas de observabilidad bajo lineamientos definidos por el equipo de arquitectura. * Implementar y automatizar despliegues de agentes como: Grafana Alloy, OpenTelemetry Collector, Prometheus exporters. * Configurar plataformas y componentes: Prometheus / Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Datasources y alerting en Grafana Cloud u OSS. * Construir dashboards técnicos y ejecutivos para monitoreo enterprise. * Configurar reglas de alertas e integraciones con: Microsoft Teams, Slack, Email, Webhooks. * Participar en casos piloto relacionados con: APM, Infraestructura, Networking, Bases de datos. **Documentación & Knowledge Transfer** * Generar documentación técnica completa: Arquitecturas, Runbooks, Plantillas reutilizables. * Liderar sesiones de transferencia de conocimiento con equipos técnicos del cliente. * Participar en pruebas de aceptación y validaciones técnicas con stakeholders. **Operación Continua (según proyecto)** * Gestión y triage de tickets P1–P4. * Escalamiento técnico hacia Grafana Labs cuando aplique. * Realizar Health Checks operativos mensuales. * Elaborar reportes ejecutivos de observabilidad. **Contribución a la práctica técnica** * Participar en propuestas técnicas y estimaciones de esfuerzo. * Crear assets reutilizables para futuros proyectos. * Comp
