And we believe in you.**** **About the Role** As a **Senior Network Engineer** within our India **Global Capability Center (GCC)** , you will partner closely with global infrastructure and cloud engineering teams to design, deploy, monitor, and maintain Columbia Sportswear’s enterprise, datacenter, and cloud networks. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones with international stakeholders. You will work alongside senior engineers and network architects to implement reliable, scalable, and secure network solutions that support our global business operations. The position blends **operations, engineering design, automation, and vendor engagement** , requiring strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to self-prioritize in a dynamic environment. You will also participate in a shared on-call rotation to support critical global network events. **What You’ll Do** * Design, implement, and optimize network monitoring and alerting systems to achieve deep observability across global network endpoints. * Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency using automation and tooling. * Deploy and support on-premises, cloud-based, and
