Must Have
3+ years of software development experience with a focus on platform engineering, developer tooling, or test infrastructure, Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field, Proficiency in Golang and/or Python with hands-on coding ability, Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI), written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience building frameworks, SDKs, or developer-facing tooling used by other engineering teams, Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or OpenAI for development and automation, Proficiency with GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes, Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and networking concepts
What You'll Do.
Build and scale the test infrastructure platforms that enable engineering teams across Aviatrix to write
and run their tests efficiently
Design and develop test frameworks and platform tooling that enable engineering teams to onboard and execute their test cases at scale
Build reusable framework components and APIs that abstract infrastructure complexity and improve developer experience
maintainable code in Golang and/or Python with proper design documentation
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines
and reporting infrastructure across environments
Drive AI-powered automation within the platform to automate and improve test onboarding

You will build and scale the test infrastructure platforms that enable engineering teams across Aviatrix to write, onboard, and run their tests efficiently. We need engineers who are hands-on, technically sharp, and passionate about developer productivity as we continue to push Multi-Cloud Networking and Security Services technology forward.
