Must Have
Proven experience managing and developing high-performing QA teams, In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes within Agile/Scrum environments, Hands-on experience with mobile test automation frameworks (e. g. , Appium) and scripting, Proficiency with test management and defect tracking systems (e. g. , JIRA, TestRail), Experience with performance, load, and security testing, Practical Linux systems administration skills for managing QA environments (installations, scripting, log analysis), Comprehensive experience in mobile application QA (Android & iOS), including environment setup and knowledge of Google Play/Apple App Store submission processes, Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills, Strong understanding of real-time PTT/VoIP protocols and media, including SIP, RTP/SRTP, MCPTT standards, QOS and audio codecs
Nice to Have
Experience testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure), Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Git, Experience with mobile performance profiling tools (Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler), Knowledge of security testing and quality assurance compliance standards relevant to MCPTT Standards
