Typical Accountabilities \- Coordinate development of comprehensive portfolio strategies by delivering clear, actionable recommendations for optimal brand resource allocation across therapeutic areas and markets. \- Lead portfolio analysis and planning processes to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact brand opportunities that drive sustainable competitive advantage. \- Ensure strategic consistency and promote sharing of best practices across global business units to maximize organizational effectiveness and learning. \- Support effective communication and dissemination of area-specific brand strategies to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on strategic direction. \- Serve as trusted strategic advisor to market companies and commercial leaders, providing guidance on portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making. \- Coordinate key financial and budgeting planning and processes and ensure key deliverables and execution plans are met. \- Recruit, manage, and develop high-performing Business Planning teams by identifying top talent and fostering analytical excellence and strategic thinking capabilities.
