Offered Position: Sr Mgr, Solutions Architecture Job Location: Austin, Texas Job Number: AMZ9442061 Position Responsibilities: Ensure customers’ success in building and migrating infrastructure, software and services onto the AWS platform leveraging best practices and modern architectures. Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS Solutions Architect community. In partnership with the sales and business development teams, formulate and execute a strategy to drive successful customer outcomes worldwide for startups. Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects. Coach Solutions Architects in the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions so they can transfer deep technical skills to customers who are considering or using AWS. Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS Solutions Architect community. Create and motivate the development of whitepapers, data sheets, solutions, quickstarts, and other high-value customer facing content and best practice. Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support. Broadly engage with Amazon leadership to communicate, drive your vision, and work across the organization Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
