As a Sr. Solutions Architecture Manager, you will lead a team of skilled Solutions Architects who partner with large Enterprises India. You will be hands-on, working directly with customers on significantly complex technical challenges while coaching your team to elevate their impact. You should bring proven strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and demonstrated ability to influence across organizations. You will need to be technically capable and credible in your own right—able to architect solutions to significantly complex problems, decompose technical complexity into straightforward solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to CxOs. Simultaneously, you must be effective in developing the customer-facing and technical skills of your experienced team members.
