Full Job Description

**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. **Mission Statement** Own end‑to‑end execution and critical trade‑off decisions for new fab development, NPI enablement, and construction‑to‑manufacturing integration, ensuring schedule alignment, risk mitigation, and enterprise‑level readiness across facilities, tools, and operations. **Core Responsibilities** Fab operations, site expansion, and product ramp-up rollout * Coordinate multi-site new fab, expansion, and NPI programs from initial planning through manufacturing readiness and ramp. * Drive focused execution across the full lifecycle, ensuring readiness is built in—not recovered late. **Integration across multiple functions** Drive alignment across different functions, such as Facilities, Construction, IE, AMHS, ME, Quality, WH, IT and also collaborated with Supply Chain, Finance to ensure Process & Equipment operate efficiently. Act as the single‑threaded owner for construction ↔ manufacturing readiness integration, ensuring end‑to‑end alignment from facility build‑out through manufacturing ramp readiness. **Schedule, Risk, and Trade‑off Ownership** Own and coordinate integrated master schedules, key achievements, and critical paths across construction execution and manufacturing readiness; proactively identify, quantify, and drive mitigation for risks impacting schedule, readiness, cost, and capacity; and lead readiness gate definition, interim solution evaluation, sequencing trade-off decisions, and go/no-go recommendations to ensure successful delivery. **Leadership Representation** Build and drive alignment across functions on scope, schedule, and readiness trade-offs to avoid late-stage surprises. Represent the PMO and execution reality in leaders
