In order to meet the needs of millions of customers worldwide in an environment where speed is of the essence, we are consistently looking for the next breakthrough or innovation which will disrupt the delivery business and enable a step change in the way millions of customers get their orders. Amazon is seeking a Senior Innovation Engineer to lead the Amazon Logistics Automation Engineering team and innovate at scale. This individual will be the owner of a product roadmap and ensure delivery to the vision of the next generation of AMZL delivery station. This is a unique opportunity at a critical juncture in Amazon's growth to drive end to end product delivery from inception to execution. We are looking for passionate, hands-on leaders with experience managing new product and process development for high dollar value programs. To be successful in this role, you will need to influence and work with senior leaders across multiple organizations and geographies. You will work with organizations such as Amazon Robotics, Worldwide Engineering and Design, as well as Operations, to innovate at scale and drive the development roadmap. You will manage large, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity, and advocate on behalf of the customer to develop the next generation of AMZL delivery stations.
