S. government issued security clearance, Experience in application of industrial engineering tools, Experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams, Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (MS, MBA) in engineering, Experience in aerospace, defense, Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), Experience with digital factory tools, Demonstrated success leading lean transformations, Willingness to mentor and develop talent
