Come join a career you can grow in and a culture you can run with. **Overview** The Sr. MFH Technology Innovation Project Manager is a mission-critical role designed to bridge the gap between our Multi-Family Operations and Technology functions. Serving as a hybrid Technical Project Manager, Data Analyst, and Operations Administrator, this role ensures the successful delivery of our technical roadmap. **Responsibilities** * Manage the end-to-end JIRA lifecycle, including ticket scoping, drafting, submission, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all department operational tech initiatives. * Supports the identification, cause, and resolution of various bugs as they arise * Provide direct oversight and execution of data loads, scrubs, and one-off reporting to ensure data integrity across systems. * Develop and maintain comprehensive initial SOPs, process maps, and training materials to ensure scalable and consistent workflows across the department. * Identify and support implementing automation opportunities such as CRM integrations to workflow management, ERP Integrations, and AI integrations. * Act as the primary liaison and subject matter expert between cross-functional teams (such as Business Operations, Incentives, Project Management, Construction Management, Site Survey, Sales, Developme
