Must Have
Minimum 5 years technical experience, 3 years specialized experience data center, Advanced technical knowledge CRAC/CRAH systems, Current Universal EPA 608 Certification, Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Physical capability to lift up to 80 pounds, Work at heights up to 30 feet, Operate in extreme temperature conditions, Operate in confined spaces, Availability for emergency response calls, Availability for holiday coverage, Availability for varied schedules
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Equivalent technical education, Specialized expertise Central Utility Plant Operations, Advanced building automation systems integration, Professional mechanical engineering license, Industry-recognized advanced technical certifications, Comprehensive experience computerized maintenance management systems, Knowledge of fire and life safety systems integration, Proven experience with energy management systems, Successful implementation sustainability initiatives
