Must Have
5-10 years of experience in Marketing Program Management or Marketing Operations, or Technical Program Management, with a proven track record of managing independent work products and delivering integrated campaigns., Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field., Native or professional-level English proficiency is mandatory, as this role supports a global team and requires extensive documentation in English., Highly skilled in project management and enterprise tools, such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, Looker Studio, Salesforce, GA4 or similar, Advanced problem solver who can take a new perspective on complex operational issues and implement solutions using best practices., Operates with autonomy as a proactive self-starter, identifying risks and issues proactively and initiating campaign planning with minimal supervision., Skilled collaborator who can drive alignment among diverse cross-functional teams, communication skills, with the ability to synthesize program data into clear status updates and coordinate effectively across marketing teams, Full competency in project management software (e. g. , Jira, Smartsheet) and a understanding of marketing frameworks and the creative production lifecycle.

An advanced degree or relevant professional certifications, particularly in Human Centered Design, are preferred.

Manage a single source-of-truth for campaign documentation
in a centralized location.
Foster collaboration across functional teams to translate marketing goals into actionable workstreams.
Drive the resolution of complex operational problems
such as capacity constraints or resource gaps
Support the continuous improvement of operational workflows
such as intake and approval workflows
leveraging feedback to refine operational systems for scalability.
Champion the consistent use of project management tools to ensure all campaign tasks and milestones are logged and visible.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project success
feeding lessons learned back into future campaign playbooks.
