The Prime Air Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to own initiatives that drive brand awareness, program adoption, and new business growth. This role is a strategic partner within the organization, contributing to business goals and driving the team to deliver with operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic data-driven problem solver with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a passion for leading customer-centric projects. Key job responsibilities - Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals - Drive the adoption of best practices, sharing insights and mechanisms to improve processes and results - Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing business reviews - Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce reports for leadership - Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance scalability for global campaigns - Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices, processes) About the team How do you get items to customers quickly, cost-effectively, and—most importantly—safely, in less than an hour?
