What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative (STEM) field, 5+ years of analytics experience, Mastery of SQL, Advanced Excel
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree with 3+ years of analytics experience, Specific experience in Fintech or Financial Services, Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation, Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar, Deep understanding of hypothesis testing, incrementality, and experimental design, Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e. g. , Snowflake, BigQuery), Clean data mindset
What You'll Do.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that drive profitable customer acquisition and long-term engagement
and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimize conversion rates and spend allocation
Support Product and Marketing teams in designing high-performing customer journeys
focusing on the cadence and sequence of interactions that maximize LTV
Build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau to track real-time performance
Use predictive insights to lead budgeting
and 'what-if' scenario planning for quarterly growth targets
Act as a bridge between Marketing
and Data Science to ensure data integrity and alignment on overarching strategic goals
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

## How you'll make an impact Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that drive profitable customer acquisition and long-term engagement. Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimize conversion rates and spend allocation.
