We are seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to support final assembly and test (FA&T) operations for enterprise-class hardware products—including servers, storage systems, network equipment, and machine learning/AI accelerator platforms. This role is critical to ensuring world-class quality, throughput, and on-time delivery across our regional manufacturing network of production facilities. We work backwards from customers to increase critical capacity for AWS services by improving yield and reliability while reducing cycle time. We are seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to work in conjunction with internal partner Hardware Engineering and NPI Test teams to translate testing methodology and scripts into our operational manufacturing environment. This is a rare opportunity to shape manufacturing test strategy from the ground up, directly impacting the speed and quality at which AI infrastructure reaches customers.
