Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or other related functions, 7+ years experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically injection molding, Ability to travel up to 50% domestically a month required
What You'll Do.
Execute detailed plans
ensuring safe and efficient cessation of production activities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to secure equipment
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent asset loss or damage
Document procedures and lessons learned for continuous improvement
Lead ramp up activities by establishing resource requirements and processing programs
Monitor and troubleshoot issues during ramp up phases to minimize downtime and optimize throughput
Verify readiness of molds
and equipment prior to production restart
Provide expert guidance on mold and tooling selection
Advise on corrective actions for mold/tooling defects and process inefficiencies

Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transition to full production; Coordinate with cross-functional teams
