Must Have
10+ years project management, automotive product design, manufacturing experience, High school diploma/equivalence, 4 year (B. S. ) degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Design or related area of study) or equivalent combination of education and experience, Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes such as metal forming, welding, lasers and assembly operations, GD&T
Nice to Have
CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing) desired, Metal Stamping and assembly experience preferred, Ability to speak a second language helpful but not required
What You'll Do.
Responsibility for quality and conformance
Lead the Buyoff and Signoff documentation
Develop and write equipment specifications
Oversee purchase and installation of machinery
Test ability of machines
Develop operating procedures
Determine parts supply
Participate in meetings
Interface with co-workers
Support EBM project team
Provide engineering support
Housekeeping and other activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interface with co-workers in other departments; Support EBM project team and project manager as an active team member
Communication Scope
Ability to listen and communicate effectively; excellent written and verbal communication skills
Process & Methodology
