Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience, 8+ years of professional design experience, An available online portfolio, Experience designing interfaces for web, mobile, and living room devices, Experience owning end-to-end product design for large-scale products, Skills in both working with and presenting to executive leaders, Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma), Background working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary UX team, Understanding of systems design and platform scalability
Nice to Have
Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent, Experience working with entertainment and technology development companies, Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones, Skill in developing rapid UI prototypes using AI, Experience designing for accessibility and inclusivity, Experience defining multi-year design vision or strategy, Track record of influencing org-wide design culture or standards, Experience with design systems at scale, Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-informed design
