Must Have
10+ years’ experience with the Tricentis Suite, 10+ years of experience in project management, 10+ years of experience in program delivery, 10+ years of experience in enterprise‑level technology leadership roles, Extensive, hands‑on expertise with the Tricentis suite (Tosca, qTest, LiveCompare, NeoLoad, Data Integrity), Demonstrated experience with AI‑enabled testing tools and methodologies, Experience with vendor contract negotiations, Experience with license management, Experience with renewals, Experience with budgeting
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Playwright, Familiarity with Selenium, Familiarity with Poolside AI, Familiarity with OctoPerf, Knowledge of Kubernetes, Knowledge of container‑based test environments, SAP ecosystem experience, SAP testing supported by Tricentis tools, Formal project management certification (such as PMP or ScrumMaster)
