What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or related field, Minimum 8 years of corporate travel management experience, At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role, Experience with a corporate travel management platform (Concur or similar), Experience managing a T&E card program
Nice to Have
Experience managing a TMC relationship, Experience running a Travel RFP process, Experience coordinating travel for large-scale corporate events, Knowledge of travel risk management and duty-of-care frameworks

Own strategic relationship with Frosch
Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers
Lead Travel RFP processes

Analyze travel spend data
Identify savings opportunities
Ensure duty-of-care obligations are met
Partner with Finance on expense reporting
Develop and communicate travel policy updates
