7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, risk management, strategy, or advanced analytics roles, Experience leading or developing teams and programs, analytical and quantitative capabilities, Experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders, Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that require cross-functional coordination, problem-solving skills, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative or technical field

Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial modeling, Advanced analytical capabilities, including experience with data modeling, scenario analysis, and business intelligence tools (e. g. , Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar analytics platforms), Experience developing inventory strategy, inventory optimization models, or governance frameworks supporting strategic inventory reserves and supply continuity, Experience supporting global supply chains, including supplier networks, manufacturing operations, and multi-region sourcing environments
