Full Job Description
Owns near‑term demand–supply execution by leading the weekly S&OE (Value Stream) rhythm, orchestrating cross‑functional actions, and managing allocation and prioritization within S&OP‑approved plans and guardrails to protect service, minimize risk, and ensure disciplined execution. This role provides real‑time visibility, drives root‑cause resolution of execution issues, and enables fast, informed decisions through clear risk escalation and execution reporting. **Major Accountabilities** (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved ) * Contribute to the weekly Value Stream Rhythm (S&OE) for all markets in the region * Support the near-term demand–supply execution alignment (Run demand–supply alignment in the 0–3 month horizon strictly within S&OP-approved plans and guardrails) * Support with the Orchestration (Act as the single intake point for short-term requests from Commercial and Coordinate cross-functionally to assess feasibility, execute actions, and provide status and closure) * Support the rule-based allocation & prioritization (Allocate supply and inventory according to leadership-approved rules during constraints) * Real-time execution visibility & risk monitoring (Maintain clear, real-time visibility on service, backlog, and near-term risks) * RCA (Perform root-cause analysis on service, backlog, and inventory issues) * Support produce weekly execution packs for S&OE (off-plan items, risks, impact) Preparing decks for review **ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker** If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
