Join us! **Job Summary** Under general direction, the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Finance provides financial leadership and vision across the business to ensure that financial commitments are achieved. This role is the face of Supply Chain Finance to the Officer team and senior Supply Chain and Finance leadership and acts as a business partner to the segment, providing analytical rigor and insight to drive profitable growth. This is a critical role in driving financial accountability and acumen throughout the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Serves as financial thought leader for multiple functions across the organization and plays a major role in the development of new strategies. * Develops strategies and implements processes that impact the go-forward operations of the Finance function as well as other organizational functions. * Participates significantly in the development and support of Interstate's transformation initiatives, including, but not limited to, Fulfillment Center development, inbound/outbound freight programs, and global sourcing strategy. * Leads ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects that will help to drive operational efficiency and optimize profitability. * Gathers, organizes, interprets and reports on large amounts of business performance data and develops financial forecasts and models to drive the business. * Assesses and communicates key drivers of cost and expense changes to Supply Chain and Finance leadership, as well as provides guidance and recommendations on ad
