Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5+ years of experience in supplier engineering, Experience with supplier quality management systems, Experience with manufacturing processes, Experience with statistical process control (SPC), Experience with root cause analysis, Experience with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Engineering or related field, Experience with ISO 9001, Experience with Six Sigma methodologies, Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Experience with supplier development programs, Experience with new product introduction (NPI)

Conduct supplier audits and assessments

Resolve supplier-related quality issues
Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory requirements
