As a **Sr.Manager, Strategic Sourcing, COE** reporting to the**Director, Strategic Sourcing, COE** you will be trusted to participate in developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives in alignment with COE procurement strategies. This role will focus on strategic sourcing of direct materials, executing project implementation, and contributing to the development of COE procurement strategies. This position is an onsite role based out of our Fort Worth Texas Main Campus **In this role, a typical day will include:** * Demonstrated Experience in Strategic Sourcing of Direct Materials * Advanced knowledge of electronics, resins, molding, packaging, and medical device equipment * Continuously look out for cheap and alternative sources, matching specs locally * Bridge with Asia and US sites for cost improvements and strategic discussions based on the guidance from the US COE team. * Demonstrated experience developing sourcing strategies in the Medical Device and/or pharmaceutical industries * Design and execute RFPs, benchmark contracts, and be part of negotiations when needed * Driving the implementation of sophisticated analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning, scenario modeling) to uncover hidden trends and opportunities. * Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, and PowerPoint * The ability to present to clearly and concisely to Executive stakeholders and Sr. Managers * The ability to lead and influence across functions (e.g., Procurement, Engineering, Ma
