What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of project management work experience within management consulting, or internal consulting, Experience supporting build and launch of high-impact innovation projects or products, Excellent organizational skills, Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, Excellent communication and presentation skills, MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.), Highly collaborative, Solid attention to detail, Practical experience working in matrix environments across functional and product development & commercial teams

Nice to Have

Advanced degrees in healthcare or MBA preferred

Conduct stakeholder interviews and research

Leverage digital discovery tools and data analysis

Apply design thinking and continuous discovery methods

Identify high-value innovation opportunities

Develop and maintain prioritization frameworks

Define project scope and design proofs of concept

Incorporate automation opportunities and data architecture

Partner with internal teams and external vendors

Develop pilots powered by digital capabilities

Monitor performance using digital dashboards and KPIs

Utilize experimentation frameworks to validate value

Lead complex business

Quantify impact of proposed innovations

Build investment cases with technical assumptions

Develop compelling materials for executive decision-making

Drive project management with a digitally enabled approach

Manage project scope and change-control processes

Communicate with customer leadership and stakeholders

Determine business roles and resources for implementation

Develop impact analyses for business value

Support operational excellence through standardized tools

Lead administrative functions related to budget and vendors

Promote knowledge sharing by formalizing playbooks
