Must Have
Four-year degree or equivalent experience, 6+ years of experience in retail, specifically, Space & Presentation, Buying or Planning/Inventory, team leadership and ability to coach and develop a team, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills, analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills, Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, and relate well to others, Ability to demonstrate courage, think critically, and drive for results

Lead a global business unit of SPT business partners
Develop timing and actions for transition projects

The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
