Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and under-served communities around the world. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Development Manager to lead the Ground Software and Analytics team and help us build this service from the ground up. As an Sr. SDM, you will own the technical vision, roadmap, and people leadership for a team of Software Development Engineers embedded within Ground Systems Engineering. You will drive the design, development, and long-term evolution of mission-critical systems that directly impact the availability and performance of Leo ground terminals deployed around the world. You will scale the team as ground complexity evolves. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of robotics, distributed systems, and RF/satellite technology -- requiring both technical depth and strong organizational leadership.
