What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of industry experience, 3+ years in a people leadership role of Test Automation teams, Expertise with Infrastructure Management services in the Kubernetes ecosystem, hands-on knowledge of Service Mesh architecture, Networking fundamentals, Working knowledge of Release Management concepts, cloud-based CI/CD tools such as Spinnaker and GitLab, Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships within a highly matrixed organizational structure, Proficiency in software development methodologies, technologies, and tools, proven success in leading and delivering large-scale initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure, knowledge of infrastructure and automation, Experience working in a complex team environment, ability to deliver under pressure and dependency constraints, Experience with Scrum or other agile development methodologies, focus on code quality, delivering secure code
Nice to Have
Good programming background, experience in Python, AI automation tools, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management abilities, Proven ability to navigate team dynamics, resolve conflicts, facilitate career development discussions
