What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in software engineering, at least 5 years in a people management role leading software teams, Proven experience leading the development of complex, data-intensive web applications, Demonstrated experience in defining and driving the technical strategy for a product or team, especially when balancing and prioritizing incoming requests with limited capacity, Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, etc.), A deep understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and modern DevOps practices, A passion for mentoring engineers and a track record of building successful, healthy teams, criminal background check is required, pass an export compliance assessment as a condition of employment in any global location

Experience in the observability, monitoring, or logging space, Experience with spec-driven development and transforming teams to an AI-driven SDLC, Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript, GraphQL), Experience with data visualization libraries, Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
