The Product Training and Information (PTI) organization is responsible for creating and publishing documentation and training deliverables according to the global and regional standards for Dematic products, modules, subsystems, solutions, and software. PTI is an enabling function, aligning with Dematic strategy and priorities to enable effective project execution and customer support. As the leader of the software technical writing team, you will lead the technical writers who design, write, and publish internal documentation and customer-facing deliverables for Dematic’s global software platforms. You will foster a positive, supportive team environment that promotes work–life balance and recognition, so team members feel valued, engaged, and motivated.
