Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience, Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, engineering, or related technical roles, At least 3 years of experience managing multiple software development teams and leading technical professionals, Understanding of modern application development, APIs, software architecture, and engineering best practices, Experience working with healthcare technology platforms, healthcare systems, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions, Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle processes, and delivery management frameworks, Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused discussions for executive and non-technical stakeholders, Experience operating in regulated environments with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and operational reliability
Nice to Have
Experience with SMS, VOIP, telephony technologies, or related communication platforms is considered a plus

Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to developers, team leads, and engineering professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Drive Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality releases aligned with product roadmaps, operational priorities, and business objectives. Guide teams on application architecture, system design, integration patterns, and modern software development best practices. Collaborate with architects, senior engineers, product leaders, and operational teams to maintain technical consistency across platforms. Support the alignment of software solutions with healthcare industry requirements, regulatory standards, and revenue cycle management workflows.
