Key job responsibilities • Hands-On Platform Leadership: Roll up your sleeves and lead from the front. Own the architecture, reliability, and performance of a globally deployed mobile application (iOS & Android) that hundreds of thousands of delivery partners depend on daily. • AI-Powered Software Delivery: Champion and scale AI-native development practices that dramatically compress the time between an idea and value reaching a driver's hands — transforming delivery cycles from weeks to hours. • Operational Excellence: Set the bar for app stability, crash rates, and release quality. Own the mobile release lifecycle including rollout strategy, progressive deployments, and automated health gates across global markets. • Enable Speed at Scale: Build the platform foundations that allow multiple product teams to ship independently and safely — you are the force multiplier that turns good ideas into delivered experiences. • Team Building: Attract, develop, and inspire a team of talented mobile engineers.
