WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience as a strong IC in security or infrastructure engineering, with a track record of successfully transitioning into engineering management. - Deep technical fluency in at least one security domain (Detection, AppSec, or InfraSec) and the ability to contribute technically to code or design reviews. - Demonstrated ability to drive a complex security strategy across organizational boundaries (e.g., working with PMs/Product). - Operational discipline: You treat security opera
