The role has potential for extension based on business needs and performance. **A Snapshot of Your Day** As the **Sr. Manager, Sales Talent Assessment Coach** you’ll partner with sales hiring managers to translate applicant assessment insights into sharper interview plans—what to probe, which scenarios to test, and what “good” looks like. You’ll coach leaders ahead of interviews, helping them build targeted questions and objective evaluation criteria grounded in the sales competency framework and assessment results.
