Nice to Have

What You'll Do.

Review audits consistent with University guidelines
Interact with other ORA personnel
Interact with Principal Investigators and study teams
Interact with Compliance
Interact with Technology Transfer
Interact with Risk Management
Ensure research initiation is managed efficiently
Monitor team performance using real-time dashboards
Ensure team meets or exceeds Service Level Agreement
Assess team performance based on measurable data
Identify process inefficiencies through data analysis
Suggest and implement process improvements
Provide updates and status reports to senior management
Provide performance reports to senior management
Track relevant data using University systems
Provide leadership with metrics
Oversee staff in assigned team
Train staff in assigned team
Mentor staff in assigned team
Partner with other departments
Facilitate transparent research administration
Facilitate accountable research administration
Coordinate documentation processes
