What You'll Do.

Draft compliance program

policies and procedures

Perform annual AML/CTF risk assessments

Review escalations raised internally

Submit STRs when deemed necessary

Handle regulatory communication pertaining to AML/CTF

Submit NIUM EU partner registrations

Ensure KYC/TM follow regulatory requirements

Educate and train staff on compliance

Submit necessary quarterly reports

Make decisions to freeze funds

Submit sanctions related reports

Conduct regular control of sanctions implementation
