Must Have
7 years’ experience as a Deputy MLRO in the fintech sector, Comprehensive understanding of the Bank of Lithuania's regulations, Comprehensive understanding of the local Lithuanian fintech regulatory landscape, Excellent working knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, Ability to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing competing priorities, Ability to take ownership and drive projects forward, Able to operate in a global, virtual environment, Collaborate and engage with a variety of individual stakeholders
What You'll Do.
Draft compliance program
policies and procedures
Perform annual AML/CTF risk assessments
Review escalations raised internally
Submit STRs when deemed necessary
Handle regulatory communication pertaining to AML/CTF
Submit NIUM EU partner registrations
Ensure KYC/TM follow regulatory requirements
Educate and train staff on compliance
Submit necessary quarterly reports
Make decisions to freeze funds
Submit sanctions related reports
Conduct regular control of sanctions implementation
