Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the Team Member’s performance objectives as outlined by the Team Member’s immediate Leadership Team Member. ## **Key Responsibilities** * Own quality governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement for RCM processes * Handle client calls & reviews, present insights, RCA, and improvement plans * Lead and mentor AMs / Quality teams * Drive audit readiness, compliance, and closure of findings (CAPA) * Identify and implement automation & transformation initiatives * Partner with Training to close skill gaps and improve performance * Deliver data-driven reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights ## Requirements * 10–15+ years in RCM with strong Quality leadership experience * Experience in client handling, audits, and team management * Exposure to automation / transformation initiatives * Lean Six Sigma / quality certifications preferred **PHYSICAL DEMANDS:** **Note:** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described.
