8+ years of experience, BSA in Life Sciences or related field, Previous supervisory/ people leadership experience required, Proven leadership in cGMP environments, Experience preparing for regulatory inspections and audits, Ability to think critically, Ability to continuously improve processes, Ability to lead a department, Willing and able to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, Ability to remove jewelry, make-up and nail adornments, Full cleanroom attire

Experience in fill/finish manufacturing

What You'll Do.

Provide leadership to multiple teams

Oversee AQL of inspection activities

Oversee AQL of assembly activities

Oversee AQL of packaging activities

Provide Quality Oversight of all finish operations

Qualify all visual inspection operators

Manage programs supporting the department

Support development and growth of team

Support growth of people leaders

Serve as Leadership point of contact for escalation

Serve as Leadership point of contact for process
