About the Role DCS is continuing to grow, and we are expanding our Project Management leadership team across both our Parcel and Distribution & Fulfillment (D&F) business segments. As a Sr. Manager role, you will lead and develop a team of Project Managers supporting complex material handling and automation projects for some of the world’s most recognized brands. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring teams, driving operational excellence, and helping bring large-scale customer visions to life. As DCS continues to grow, we are hiring across both Parcel and Distribution & Fulfillment teams. Develop, document, and improve processes to drive consistency and operational excellence across the PM organization.
