Current Secret clearance, U. S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U. S. , protected individual as defined by 8 U. S. C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State, 4 days per week in office at the Company's Denver, CO headquarters or at our facility in Long Beach, California

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6-12 years of finance experience in aerospace or defense, demonstrated ownership of complex programs, people leadership experience, Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, understanding of GAAP (especially ASC 606 revenue recognition), FAR/DFARS, cost accounting fundamentals, Hands-on experience with EAC methodology, EVMS on government programs, analytical skills, attention to proficiency, Ability to communicate clearly across program teams, functional leadership, and external customers, Experience leading or mentoring analysts, U. S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U. S. , protected individual as defined by 8 U. S. C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State

Nice to Have

team-building experience a plus for Senior Manager candidates, TS/SCI clearance preferred

What You'll Do.

Serve as lead finance partner for programs

Own EAC process for program portfolio

Drive cost and schedule performance

Ensure financial rigor from inception

Lead and develop program finance analysts

Build program controls processes and systems

Prepare and deliver cost and schedule reporting

Partner cross-functionally with PMO

Manage program risk and opportunity register

Support development of program financial forecasts

Contribute to program finance policies

Support compliance and partner with Corporate Controller

Manage financial oversight of IRAD programs

Support pricing and proposal efforts

Serve as primary finance partner to program management teams; Partner cross-functionally with PMO, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, and Operations; Communicate clearly across program teams, functional leadership, and external customers
