As we rapidly scale Amazon Freight, we are looking for an innovative Senior Manager of Product Management – Tech to own the end-to-end product strategy and vision for Pricing Technology. We are building products fundamental to Amazon's future, tackling some of the world's most intriguing problems involving pricing, marketing, and business strategy — and this role sits at the center of that work. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role where product strategy, applied science, and software engineering converge to solve complex, real-world pricing challenges. You will build the technology that powers pricing across Amazon Freight's full suite of multi-modal transportation services — including Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), Intermodal, and more as we continue to expand our transportation offerings. You will also own enabling global expansion, ensuring that the pricing technology you build is architected to scale across international markets. You will own the Amazon Freight (AF) Pricing product-tech roadmap and the broader product strategy — serving as the critical decision-maker for prioritization, resource tradeoffs, and multi-year technology investments that establish scalable, reusable foundations built to last. You will lead a team of approximately six product managers (both PM and PM-T), working across our organization and stakeholders with both strategic and tactical vision — from setting a multi-year pricing technology strategy to making day-to-day prioritization calls that keep a high-velocity team aligned and moving. You will serve as the connective tissue between science teams, engineering, and senior business stakeholders, and will be held accountable to business outcomes, including revenue growth and operating profit, giving you direct and measurable impact on both the product vision and the business outcomes it generates.
