What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of progressive project or program management experience, at least 3+ years leading cross-functional product development in a CPG, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or consumer goods environment, Proven success delivering complex, multi-workstream product launches end-to-end, on time, on budget, and within scope in a high-growth, fast-paced organization, Smartsheet, Monday, Wrike, Airtable, Jira, MS Project with hands-on experience standing up or upgrading PM systems, Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation, and the latest productivity technologies to streamline workflows, reporting, and decision-making, command of project planning, resource allocation, risk management, stage-gate processes, and budget tracking, Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues, drive resolution, and keep projects moving in the face of ambiguity, Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and translate between strategic leaders and tactical teams, Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment while bringing structure, discipline, and operational excellence to a scaling team
